We are a local affiliate of Human Life of Washington State, following their lead in educational and political approaches to restoring protection to human life developing in the womb.   Human Life of Washington State in turn is one of fifty state affiliates of the National Right to Life Committee.  Our local affiliate designs and staffs a pro-life exhibit at the Clark County Fair every August and rents billboard space using pro-life messages to advertise local groups which assist women with untimely pregnancies. We put out a newsletter several times a year and use email for periodic updates.  Each Roe v. Wade anniversary we publicly protest at the county courthouse the January 22nd, 1973 US Supreme Court decision which legalized abortion on demand throughout the nine months of pregnancy.  This has resulted in over 40 million surgical abortions, an even larger number of grieving parents/grandparents and the turning of health professionals from healers into killers. Legalized abortion has thus not surprisingly led to a call for legalized physician-assisted suicide, as the first step toward direct killing of patients by doctors and nurses.  Our Board of Directors meets monthly.
